QB online verification from Authorities about the certificate 2022

Last year we planned to process with QB authorization to make a verification for our smart factory so that we can acquire the QB certificate. Time flies, In January 2022, QB authorization decided to make an online audit since the Covid-19 situation around the World.
The meeting started on 8th January, our sales director, QA manager and manufacturing officer also attended this conference.
First they checked our Group company IDD Group organization and get better understanding of the subsidiary corporations. Then is the company’s certificates including ISO9001 and OHSAS18001.
Calibration reports of the testing facilities are also sent to them with the equipment list. After the detailed checking, we took the web cam to our manufacturing workshops and showed them from tube making to Hydraulic pressure testing room as well as solution treatment and EP coating lines. Manufacturing documents are also prepared for the inspectors such as quality control plan and table list of operators and skills. Other documents like customer complaint report&corrective actions 8D were checked after the online audit on the workshops.
The whole audit took nearly 6 hours and at last they agreed with our company’s manufacturing ability on the press fittings and piping systems.
